11.04.19Rumberger, Kirk & Caldwell’s Orlando office seeks experienced Legal Assistant to work in a fast-paced environment supporting 2 busy litigation attorneys. Applicants must have 5+ years litigation experience and be able to work in a busy, productive office. Duties include: e-filing, drafting letters, maintaining paper and electronic files, calendaring, communication with the courts, scheduling, travel arrangements, and email management. Some overtime necessary. Ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detailed oriented, have advanced computer skills, possess excellent proofreading and writing skills, work well under pressure and with minimal supervision as well as work in a team environment. Candidate must have working knowledge of Florida Court procedures as well as eService and eFiling. Exposure to FileSite is a plus. VERY competitive benefits and salary.
